It is with great sadness that we write to inform our Clients that our beautiful, smiling Abbie was suddenly and tragically killed on Thursday 1st July 2010.

Abbie worked with us at Snoopies for 3 years and was loved by all our staff and Clients.

Abbie had finished her final day at college the day before and was on her way into work to begin her first day as a Qualified Groomer, when her car was hit by a Lorry.

Although the crash was horrific, we take great comfort from Abbie’s Dad, who went to see Abbie and told us that Abbie looked her beautiful self with only a few marks on her face. He said it was as though she had fallen off her bike.

Abbie was a huge part of the Snoopies family and will be very sadly missed by us all.

Our sincerest thoughts are with Abbie’s family.

Rest in Peace Abbie, we loved you very much. xxx

"Abbie, you will be missed so much. Your beautiful smile and the banter we had can never be replaced. Why is life so unfair? Snoopies will never be the same. We both loved you and so did all the clients that met you. The tributes are pouring in, but that is not surprising for one of the sweetest, most lovable people we have ever met.
We knew you, we loved you and that has been a privilege. Forever in our memories. RIP our special little girl" - Kelly & Geoff xx

"A beautiful girl, happy, full of honesty and innocence, with a smile for everyone.
The Salon isn't and won't be the same without your smiling face.
You will always be in my heart and never forgotten.
RIP Abbie" - Lesley xx

"Abbie, if it was not for you I would not be working at Snoopies. I will never forget our times together, working on the dogs while chatting away. Those times were the best. You were like a big sister to me at work, always there to help me.
I will miss you lots and will never forget you. Rest in Peace Abbie" - Rose xx

"Abbie, you were the sweetest girl I've ever met and would brighten up the day. You will be so sorely missed by so many people and have left a void in the Snoopies family. You can now be a Guardian Angel to all your family and friends and groom all the little doggies in heaven. I always looked up to you at Snoopies, now I will look up and see you as the brightest star. All my love" - Laura xx

"On my first day at Snoopies I remember bathing an Alsatian with Abbie. We were both scrubbing & chatting when the dog gave an almighty shake and covered us both in water & lather! A happy memory that I will hang onto.
I will miss Abbie greatly; I really can’t believe that she is gone, I was privileged to have known Abbie and to have shared in a part of her young life" - Kate xx
